Organisational Psychologist

Verity Hall is an Organisational Psychologist and organisational development (OD) specialist. Verity’s passion for partnering with clients to shift culture and to align leadership and structures is underpinned by more than 20 years’ experience in successfully delivering succession & talent management, workforce planning, leadership & team development, coaching, culture and change management.
An experienced practitioner, coach and facilitator she is pragmatic and creative in her approach to developing bespoke solutions for clients.
Verity brings in-house experience across both professional services and consulting organisations including Ernst & Young and Andersen, as well as major corporate entities including Santos Ltd. More recently Verity has consulted extensively at C-suite and senior management level across medium to large enterprises and with government.
